I don't normally compliment on this site but this time I think the person is quite deserving of a huge compliment..
I want to compliment a Mr D Pillay Of Clicks Chatsworth for his service with a smile attitude which is quite rare nowadays..
I visited Clicks recently and I was in quite a hurry and noticed the store was very busy with lots of customers..I was quite in a hurry because I had another appointment and couldn't find the specific brand of make-up and could see all the other service consultants had their hands full so I decided to approach the manager who was also busy..I was very pleasantly surprised by his pleasant disposition& his readiness to assist me..Being in sales I know how important customer service is..so I was very impressed that this person went out of his way to help me..Whilst helping me I noticed the consultant at the till needed help and he apologised and went to help there..this got me to notice other stuff as well..He not only rushed back from helping at the tills but afterwards was wanted at the back of the store..so he basically was all over the place..
Made to feel welcome;the manager was patient; pleasant..Yes Excellent customer service received.t
