ARROGANCE & SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am employed by a large furniture retailer in the H/O Marketing Dept, my office is within a brand store in the City View Centre. Yesterday, I had yet another bad experience in your store. It took me less than 10 min to fill a basket with /- R180 goods, only to have to stand in a queue behind 26 people for more than 15 mins. Only 1 till open, all this whilst your Store Manager & another staff member chatted at the customer service counter. Completely oblivious of the fact that 2 customers had already walked out the store without their purchases. When the Mngr did eventually notice he started paging, when I asked him why there were not more tills open, he arrogently & aggresively told me that it can't be helped If staff needed to go to the toilet & hadn't I heard him paging. This store must be doing really well to afford to treat customers in this rude manner. It is not the first time I have had a bad experience there either. I shop in this centre by choice as it'is convenient, I could go to a number of other centres on route home (Musgrave, Davenport). Clicks lines or equivalents are stocked all over. So, as I have had enough - NO MORE CLICKS - Dischem here I come. Tks Michael
