How many years to approve a new account

I went to submit my account form in hill-brow Ackermans and the guy I gave had dreadlocks he told me I don't open account I work in shoes department and he. Refused to take my form. I felt bad as if I was asking something from his pocket. The guy wasn't friendly. Then I went to Caroline who took my form and my I'd copy which I don't think she faxed faxed beacause until now I haven't got any response from ackermans. Tha staff there in hillbrow is si help less I will never go back again beacause they think they are doing customers a favouer by being friendly.
