I have settled and closed the account with Edgurs if on the 05February 2013 because I was not happy with this account any more... I have decided requested my credit report from my transunion and guess what I founded out that my account was still open, when I call them they tell me my account was blocked due to that I was not working. the question is how would i pay and settle my account in full when I'm not working?... then the lady that I was talking too could even explain to me what has to be done since this affects my credit history then I asked to speak to her superviour she left me hanging for more than 30min, what kind of customer service is this??? These are some of the reasons why I left this account, they are the worst when it comes to customer service. what bothers me mostly is that if you fail to pay only one installment they are the ones who are quick to update on the credit bereu. I REQUEST EDGURS TO UPDATE THE STATUS ON MY CREDIT PROFILE TO ACCOUNT SETTLED. FAILER TO DO THIS THEY WILL HEARING FROM MY LAWEYERS WITHIN THE NEXT TWO DAYS. SHAME ON YOU.
