Poor service from DionWired online purchases

I ordered a specific product from Dion Wired On-line. During the order confirmation process, I made an error on the credit card (payment) page and wanted to correct it by pressing the back button. The order was put on hold (although the order confirmed on the orders page on my account) with the instructions to contact the customer service department to complete the order. When I contacted the customer service department they said that they can't find my order number and that the item I ordered is now all the sudden out of stock. I forwarded the order via email and to date received no instructions, feedback or information on how to continue with the order. The process appears very suspicious and as it now looks like they trying to avoid the order to go through for whatever reason.

This is poor and acceptable service and I think this should be investigated thoroughly!
