I was in the queue the was only two people, I was waiting to pay 1 items and realise that I forgot something, then I went out of the queue to pick another item. went I was on my way to the till, I arrived draw with some lady and that lady wanted to test for make up and the cashier (thoko) gave me an attitude told me that I must go and pay somewhere else, and the lady she wanted to help told thoko to help me first cause I am paying for only 2 iterms, then the cashier told me that I am lucky she was going to leave me in the queue and hlep those ladies, then I said to her why do u want cutomers to tell u how to do ur job, and asked her don't you know customer service, then she said oops what is customer service? asking me that question then I told her don't u know customer service and I even asked her do u help customer with how they look she said maybe, then I said to her u knw what I don't like ur attitude you must treat your customers equal, I was so didnt get a good service at all and she even remind me that we black people we like to report even though its not necessary.but to me its necessary.please those people need to go for training for customer service.
