A R250--00 was given to me for the bad/inconvenienced shopping experienced at Hi Fi Corporation.
To resolve my complaint, Hi Fi Corporation has proven very clearly that it went above and beyond by going the extra mile to take back the R250--00 gift voucher when my Sansui 32 inch LED Tv was swapped for a 37 inch LCD Tv which Hi Fi Corporation is selling for the same price.
It seems that only at Hi Fi Corporation you will be given a gift voucher for any bad/ inconvenienced shopping experience and then take it back to resolve your complaint.
I only agreed to give back the R250--00 gift voucher because I had not option and there I request that Mr Marco van Niekerk (Chief Executive Officer) will reconsider and give me back the R250--00 gift voucher and regard this matter as finalised.
