On 5 Dec I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter. Delivery was promised on 13 Dec. After numerous phone calls and emails, I'm still waiting! No one knows where the parcel is, they told me it was delivered on 19 Dec, and signed for! How I don't know because there is no ons at that address. Told them I will be there until the 16th Dec only!! Your TV ads promise all these wonderfull deliverys, well I'm waiting since the 5th Dec! Promise to phone me back witin an hour, its weeks now and still waiting! Disgusting!!
