Zay Keiller wrote me a mail and phoned me on 28/11/2013 stating that pick n pay will add points to my smart shopper card for sour milk, and almost a week later, after I emailed this person informing them about the points not making it's way onto my smart shopper account, still not a word, nothing!!
What's the use of complaining when you don't give a rat's???
Next time, I'll take goods back and demand that pick n pay refund me for my time, product and fuel that I had to use the bring it back to their shop...
