We bought my grand daughter a pair of shoes for R60. It was to small for her and my wife took it back to the store. The lady manning the returns desk told my wife that the shoes had been worn. My wife assured her that we just fitted the shoes and that my grand daughter never even walked with them. My wife was so taken back by this that she walked out crying out of the shop. She was so disgusted that she gave the shoes to one of your other customers who also had a baby with her and which the shoes would fit. I am disgusted in the treatment my wife received. I can vouch for the fact that the shoes have never been worn. Now she has given the shoes away and probably threw the slip away we obviously will not be help but I thought I'd bring this under your attention that you now have lost a loyal client and also the ones with whom my wife will speak.
