I purchased goods (total of R1200) from [URL Removed] online in October 2013 (on 30th), which included a gift for my son's birthday (6 Dec 2013). The parcel was split up in 2 portions (A & B) and the 1st portion was shipped on 3 Nov 2013 and I recived all goods except for the gift (Robo Fish worth R130). I called numerous times during November 2013 and Monday (2 Dec 2013) when I spoke to a lady at the call centre I was informed that this portion (parcel b - order no: 1000600938)) of the order was cancelled, due to unavailability of the product. I was not informed and if I haven't called I wouldn't have known it. I had to organise for a refund (which I haven't recieved yet). I'm very disappointed with this service and this is the first time that I experienced such poor customer service from [URL Removed]
