I placed an order at [URL Removed] about 2 months ago for an item I wanted to give as a gift. The ETA kept on getting postponed but I was not too worried because late delivery is something I have become used to from them, but then the ETA was moved after the date that I needed the parcel. When I went online the last time, the order has been cancelled, without any notification to me or any word of a refund. I was very embarrassed that I promised this gift and could not deliver it on time and now I can't deliver it at all. Best of all, will I ever receive a notification that the order has been cancelled or how about a refund?
