I placed and order with [URL Removed] in the beginning of October, they estimated the delivery time for my order to be around the 30th of october, around the 30th of october my husband had my phone he picked up the call and they were asking for directions to the delivery address, unfortunately he didn't have that address so they promised they would call later when i had the phone. it is now the 25th of November the parcel has not been received I've written 2 complaints about it via email and nobody has responded. nobody has called, where is my parcel?
