PARCEL DELAYED TWICE ALREADY

I ordered 3 (Wreck this) journals, wanting to gift one of them as a birthday present. The parcel was delayed for two days at first, moving the delivery date from the 30th of September to the 2nd of October. Then, on the first of October, I received another(!!) email from [URL Removed] which said that the parcel has yet again been delayed and will now be delivered on the 7th of October. I had to buy my friend another present because of the delays and I am dissatisfied with the awful service. I listed the date and time of the first email I got from [URL Removed] to inform me of the delay. I did not receive clear reasons why the parcel was delayed in the first place.
