On 4 February 2013 I received a letter from Edcon debt review department stating that my account has been paid up in full and that the account was closed. On 4 December my home loan was declined because I am still on ITC for Edgars for an outstanding amount of R5578.00. How is this possible and why did Lindiwe Malevu not do her job completely?
