On the 3rd December 2013 went to Game store in the Richards Bay, they had pampers on special but the pricing on the shelve was not the one advertised and had to get help from the information counter, i had to wait for 25 minutes, the desk was empty, i eventually asked the lady that was on the cellular counter to get someone to assist me, she paged a manager via intercom and no one came in the front desk, after some time someone came and when told him that was waiting for 30 mins with no one to assist me, he said he was in the toilet, what an excuse to tell the costumer, so if one manager goes to the loo at Game store Richards bay everything else is put on hold??
