I was at the store on the 18th of November. Whereby the Trainee store manager Mdoda disrespected me as a customer. I was returning old chicken that I bought at one of the Pick n pay store. He made fun of me in front of other customers, saying that I ate the chicken and I am now bringing bones back and that middestad branch does not trade for that other branch, when I tell him that the other branch did not tell me I am going to argue first before I get my refund. He did not even apologise for the old chicken I bought. He said he does not even care I can take his name and report him. He showed me he has no respect for customers and does not care about the brand. I reported the matter to the manager on duty that day and i called customer care as well. I was promised to get the call. Until today the branch did not make contact with me or maybe leave the message with contact details to return the call if I was unavailable. Since that day I never visited the shop again and I did not expect to be treated so bad and be humiliated like that.
