I sent a complaint through to kfc customer care last week complaining of the numerous terrible experiences I have that the scottburgh kfc branch. I received a case number CAS - 35131-C2H5H2. I was told I would receive a call back and its almost a week now and I have heard nothing. I do not take this lightly. I am regular at that kfc, I love kfc and despite all the terrible experiences I keep going back. Your stores are very happy to take a customers money but when there is a complaint they think sorry is going to fix it, well unfortunately it doesn't. not only have I had dried out chicken, I have had mushy boiled tasting chicken and I have even had hair in my chicken twister which the manager assured me is not his staff members fault as they wear hairnets which I am aware of but passing the buck to your suppliers doesn't help either. as I am aware the twister are actually prepared in store unless I am mistaken then I apologize but this hair was find right in the middle of the chicken strips, which is disgusting. if you take your business seriously then you will sort this out. I deal with customers every day, rule no 1.customers are always right and keep them happy!!!
