I went to buy lunch at Pick n Pay yesterday and I bought a chicken quater leg portion. When I got to the offfice and warmed my food I smelt something ghasty and to my surprise it was the chicken, I called the store and spoke to a lady there and told her about the chicken that was off and she said I must return it and get my money back. Firstly she did not apologise and when I asked who I am speaking to she said I can return it to anyone at the store. I am disappointed becaue I buy my lunch there everyday and for them not to check that the food they sell to us is fresh to me is negligent, I have a sensitve tummy and will never buy food from there ever again. There was no apology and no one made sure when I return it they are there to make sure I walk out a happier customer.
