When signing the two yr contract with Telkom from Dion Wired the salesman Marcus told us that there would not be any interruption with the 2MB line. So we went ahead and signed believing him. From the time we installed there hasnt been a month where we didnt have problems. Last month we had internet for 4 days. 4 DAYS. Its ridiculous. Who do we blame? Who helps the poor customer? Where and Who do we turn to? Im so tired of this. All i want is proper service. Otherwise cancel the contract. Sick to death of.
