Big Companies commiting daylight

Last month there was interuption of service from our telkom adsl line. Telkom creditted our account but this month they reversed the charges and r charging us double. when we phoned them they blame it on their system. why are we paying if we not getting service. we then contacted Dion Telkom sales person. he said that they are just sales and must contact telkom. No one seems to know whats going on. we were not made aware of all these problems when we were signing the contract. now we are in a two yr contract with occasional service but payment must be made evry month whether we get service or not. i am sick to death of big companies taken us for a ride. if this problem is not taken up by the higher authority i will be taking this further. all i want is not to be robbed and want assistance when we ask for it.
