I bought a driver on the 3rd of Nov 2013. Wore it that afternoon. The following day, preparing to pack it away in its cover, I realized that the leather was peeling away. Could not contact them because I was traveling on business that afternoon. Upon my return I went to Louis Vuitton shop in Sandton and explained what happened, the manager asked me, where was I walking, did I walk outside, all sorts of ridiculous questions. He then told me that it is how I walk etc. I cannot buy a driver to walk with inside my house.
I have another driver similar which I owned for a year. Clean and no scratches etc, so it can't be how I walk.
Their response was that the driver was made of soft leather, so it is sensitive etc. ridiculous, I left the driver with them and they have not contacted me till now. If they return it, I plan to auction for R100.00 with with full media coverage and showcase their inferior products and it's worth.
I have seen numerous complains about their bags loosing straps, coating etc in a week.
