My DionWired (RCS) account was used for a purchase. After speaking to Dion Wired they have said they will take 21 working days to complete the investigation. This is unacceptable. There is incompetence on their part, not mine. I am out of pocket in the meantime. It should not take more than a few days to track the signed receipt with a signature on it. It is that simple! Dealing with the relevant employees and relative consequences is not my problem and should be done after reimbursing me.
