My husband suprised me with abeautiful cluster 18ct diamond ring for my anniversary. He purchased the ring in july 2013 and had the ring resized as per the sales consultant the ring had to be remade as they could not down size to my J n a half size. We received to ring around the 15th or the 19th of august and my husband gave it to me on the 21st of august. I wore this beautiful ring for less that 10 days and yesterday I noticed that one of the diamonds has fallen of the setting. I am so heart sore. My husband took the ring to NWJ hillcrest as NJW at Midlands mall was not able to help. When Hillcrest sales consultants had called them to confirm date of pick up afer down sizing they were spoken rudely to. I do hope that this can be resolved as I feel that such a large amount has been invested into this ring and its 10 days and its falling apart. Dissapointed.
