I was given a Gift Card - which works as a normal debit card. I made a purchase on the 24/11/2013 for the amount of R297.90. This amount was debited 4 times on the card. The lady attending, Aunty Jo (as I am given to understand) insisted that the money did not go off hence bringing us to 4 swipes. I went back to the store on the 29/11/2013, spoke to Reantha who was to call me back on the 2/12/2013 with feedback. I got no feedback up until I call the store on the 3/12/2013 to which I am advised that there is nothing they can do until head office gets back to them and they cannot speed up the process. I, the customer should wait until this happens - if and when the feedback comes. I now cannot use this card until my finds are reversed. I firstly get bad attitude when I made the purchase, I was ignored when I advised the teller and her superior not to swipe my card again. Now I get further attitude when requesting for my funds to be revered. WHAT PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
