Not responding to my request

I called Edcon call centre to request them to change my personal details on their system. The lady requasted that I email her the supporting document and I did that. Disappointngly a month later my monthly statement arrived and my details were not changed. I sent her an email rergading the matter and I haven't had anything from her.
