On the 12th of November 2013, I contacted the Credit Card Division and asked them how I can settle and close my credit card. I was given an amount and settled it.
I was advised that I will be contacted by the 15th of November 2013, but no one contacted me.
I went into the Branch, and asked a consultant to close my Credit card, she advised me that there is some amount that need to be refunded to me. She gave me a slip and I went to the teller. The teller paid out the money that needed to be refunded. She advised me that I need to call the Credit card Division to close the account.
I contacted the CC Division and was informed that I need to pay money in again, and that they will contact me on Monday the 18th of November 2013. I paid the money in, but it's the 20th today and I have not received any feedback.
PLEASE CLOSE MY CREDIT CARD!!!
