Upon taking my mother in law to be... I was faced with the most embarrassing situation ever. I swiped my ster kinekor cards however one of them unfortunately could not swipe and I didn't not receive my discounts. At the time I asked the cashier lady why my cards not working and what do I need to do. She advised I need a new card. I asked why, as I didn't understand why I need to pay. I then asked for the manager. In an abrupt manner and gave me attitude why I must pay... etc. I actually don't mind to pay. But the way I was addressed was pathetic. I am nobodies child other than mother... THIS ALL HAPPENED IN FRONT OF MY INLAWS TO BE AND A QUEQUE OF PEOPLE... THIS SHAUN (Serbrez- not to sure how to spell it as the staff didn't know either. They took 10 more minutes to actually get me his surname) CHARACTER needs to be addressed. I am so upset, belittled and irated.
This has never happened to me ever... I work in retail myself and never had I spoken to a client in that token. Now service ethics, service standard, communication and service etiquette. What a waste of /- R200 spend at a place of entertainment. I extremely disappointed... will revert this message to Facebook...
