Assistant Vutomi Makhubele (Vumak)
I was in the queue. She was just standing behind the counter, didn't call me whatsoever. I then asked: Are you busy, she said no, but still didn't ask if she can assist. I then took my items to the counter. She didn't bother to greet. However, it was Ceramic Navajo. There was not bubble wrap, thus she was wrap in one or other stuff. I then said what if breaks. With a terrible attitude she said: It was wrapped in this. Then she tried so squeeze the big pot in a small shopping bag. Halllo... can't she think? I then said put it in a big bag. It was on my account, she didn't bother to asked the terms, neither did she request me to sign the docket, only slam it on the desk with a pen which couldn't write. The docket was not signed by me. She didn't even bother further to say "Thank you for shopping with us and greet" Vutomi Makhubele (Vumak) have a terrible attitude and doesn't have a clue of any customer service... whatsoever.
