Hello Peter, I have a shocking tale of incorrect information giving by sales persons of the pavilion branch of game, I went to Game on the 27th were there was a 10% cross the board on items, After looking for a while i found a good deal on Air- Units at Game (Logik). I proceeded to purchase 2 units while completing the deal i was confronted by a warranty agent who advised it would be a good idea to extend the warranty which i did now this is where the plot changes, I wanted a 3rd air- unit and found stock in another branch i proceeded to buy the 3rd unit when i asked the sales agent to also add on the warranty he advised that there was no warranty for my unit. I called Games Pavilion and they confirmed that and sorted the matter out, Now also checking my installation slip my sales agent at pavilion did not fill my slip correctly not ticking the installation deal and also advised all brackets are included which the installation company said is not its R200 per unit extra i was shocked because i read the fine print and showed the agent who seemed certain all brackets were included now i am sitting with my air cons no feedback i am just so annoyed
