I would like to know from Management how somebody opened an account using somebody else's ID number & that person was not there personally to open the account. I am now being continuously harassed by MBD but I have never opened a clothing account in my life and do not even follow fashion - I am a short & T-shirt, tracksuit and Jeans and takkies type person. I last bought clothes for myself 5 years ago as I believe if you can't afford it cash then don't buy it. The only things I have on finance are my house and my car. I want answers from Milady's & not excuses and empty apologies. I want to know what they are going to do to rectify this matter as a matter of urgency. I even had to do MBD's work for them and I traced the person they were looking for & who actually opened the account. I was not me as I am a victim of identity but I have to suffer the harassment.
