I took a sansui tablet to your westgate branch for an exchange as the battery does not charge on the 30/10/2013. And was told sorry you missed the guarentee by one day. We will have to send it in for repairs. Will advise of the cost. So silence is golden. I get a call on 23/11/2013 you can fetch the device. Nice what will it cost? Nothing it is under gaurentee. Ok was told a month before its out of gaurentee. On 24/11/2013 after charging and trying to use the tablet. Guess what still not fixed. I take it back today 01/12/2013 as I work saturdays. Guess what. Something that we never fixed can now not be booked "out of guarentee". After I treaten to bring the building down. It can be booked in again.
