Poor service

I got my new Samsung Tablet in May 2013 and I started experiencing problems with the device in September 2013 it could not read my sim card. I booked the deviced in (I cant recall the date) for repairs and received it back on 17/10/2013 (approx. 21 workings days later). When I checked the device I discovered that the camera was faulty, the lighting was inconsistent when moving the device side to side and when I look at the back of the unit to see if the lens was not perhaps obstructed I noticed what looked like a crack. The unit was booked in for the camera lens on the same day (17/10/2013) with the help of the Manager Gillian.

I went to collect my tablet today 05/11/2013 and nothing has been done. The lens still looks the same Im not sure if it is a crack or foreign body but it is still there. I left the tablet at the store and I was assisted by Tshegofatso. This is causing me such a huge inconvenience, it is the second month now without m tablet and I use it mainly for work. My sim card is just sitting there and Im unable to use my data but yet Im being billed every month for a service I can not enjoy.
