SANSUI TABLET 3G 9.7" - DAMAGE

I bought a Sansui Tablet @ Hi - Fi Corp. When i open the tablet it was cracked on the side. I also tested the networks & camera. I return it back to the shop and Emmanual was the person that had received it. He call after a week and told me that the supplier will not take it back he is waiting for he's manager. After waiting another week the called again and told me to come and speak to the manger. When i arrived Emmanual and Manager were both off and told the other sales person to tell me that the tablet is self damage so they are not going to exchange it.

Hi - Fi Corporation has a procedure that, they have to check all high value items at the door in-front of the customer and that was not done. They fail to explain why that was not done and how they know that it was self damage.

According to the CPA rule of Hi - Fi Corporation the customer has 3 month to return a product that they are not happy with and they are telling me stories.

Sansui is an in house product to Hi - Fi Corporation and they to say that the supplier will not take it back.
They also fail to tell me is that the Sansui does not take all network work and they tried to blame the new network.
