I ordered a Battlefield 4 with China Rising DLC, but only received the normal BF4 disk, there is no DLC in the package.
I called the call center, they would investigate and get back to me, they never did.
Then I emailed the Help desk, and received a reference to my call, CAS-728211-G3N8P1 CRM:00021671.
Nothing came back.
I then logged another Call: CAS-737810-H1F5F6 CRM:00021006.
Still nothing!!!
This has now been going on for a few weeks already!!
This is BAD service!!!
