Extremely disappointed in service delivery!!

On a month end Saturday/Sunday when your store is so busy that you are bumping into people and walking, your staff believe that they are doing the customers a favor??? There is not enough tellers and long ques, i felt sick so i sat on a bed for a few minutes while my other half was in the Que, (for 45 mins), an employee walks up to me and rudely says "you are not allowed to sit here" and walks away in an abrupt manner... Shouldn't she be concerned about the customers waiting for hours?? Further more, there is no assistants on the floor to help you, i went to buy a face powder @ about 1 pm and was told by a lady from the perfume department, that " this assistant is on lunch and would be back by 2 pm, don't you have anything else to do and come back at 2 she should be back by then? " This wouldn't happen in the Gateway or Pavilion branch, does every employee not go for the same training? They should atleast smile, it is after all their job which they get remuneration for right???

The Edgars branch in Chatsworth should really check their staff out, because they are seriously going to loose clients should their attitudes not changed!
