During the launch of Battlefield 4, there was a problem with my pre-order, it was not logged on their system, so when I went to pick it up there were a few hassles, but this also happened to some others as well, so the issues were cleared up and I received my game. Part of the agreement of pre-ordering Battlefield 4, was that an expansion pack "China Rising" would be received with the game. The CD keys were supposed to be SMS'd after a week or two, but I never recieved any SMS. I went back to the store multiple times to ask for updates and why I wan't receiving an SMS. I was told that it would be sent the next Friday and when it didn't I went back and was told I would get it upon the release of China Rising. This also did not happen. When I went to the store again to ask why I hadn't received the SMS after weeks of waiting, I was told that Head Office was closed and that nothing could be done about it until the 9th of January 2014. The shop assistants were friendly and helpful every time I went to inquire about the CD-key. Is this good business practice and/or acceptable by BT Games Head Office? I have been waiting for 6 weeks, 2 deadlines that they specified have been missed.
