I have emailed you guys twice before. On the 27th of October and a week ago, and you still have not responded to me.
I pre-ordered "Battlefield 4 - Day 1 Edition" for PC. It was supposed to come with "China Rising Premium Digital Expansion Pack" as a pre-order incentive. The DLC was release by EA on 4 December, but I do not have it.
Am I not supposed to receive a code or something from you guys so that I can retrieve my content? People who ordered the premium edition already have it, but I do not. I also know a few people who pre-ordered and also received the content. Hope this is sorted out soon.
