I pre-ordered a popular game, Battlefield 4, through BT Games because it included the first expansion pack, China Rising (to the value of R120). When the expansion was released i noticed that i didnt have access to the expansion. I phoned the head office where a lady told me to send an email and she would follow it up.
The email was sent and after 2 days of no response i phoned the head office again and left a message for said person.
It is now the 4th day and i still have not received an email or phone call telling me where my product code is and when i would receive it.
