My wife bought a set of suitcases on approximate 8 November 2013 at the Kathu branch of Game. I use the largest suitcase for my study tour to the USA. I Left on 11 November on plane from Johannesburg to Washington and flew on 12 November to Atlanta. Since our landing at Atlanta the left wheel of the case doesn't go well and in a three days time it broke off. On 30 November 2013 the front zip also tear apart at the airport during loading. I got photo's to prove it. The metal label on the front also tear apart at the same event. Therefore I am forced to buy tomorrow in Dallas in US Dollars a new one. I hereby want to ask you whether you will be satisfied with the Quality of the product? The case is "Mainstays" red case series. What must I do under these circumstances? Where can I report it?
