Yesterday 11 November 2013 at 17:30, A putco bus PNK695GP turning left in Rachel de Beer P.T.A North as my wife crossed with her bicycle with the pedestrian light still green, As she was half way across already the putco driver decided to disregard the green pedestrian light and turned left in front of my wife, she had to break so hard that she bumped into the bus and had to throw herself to the left to avoid landing under the wheel sof the bus. We went to the P.T.A Police Station where a Captain Celliers told us we cant lodge a complaint or case against them. It is the first i have ever heard that you cant lodge a complaint against anyone?
According to Putco's website "PUTCO Driver Training is based on the Certificate for Professional Driving",
