As per our previous correspondence and conversations, I was advised telephonically and in writing that the ITC listing will be removed at the end of November 2013 (it will naturally "fall away"). I wish to be advised if this will be done by latest Monday, 2 December 2013? I want to have a new Transunion report sent to me on Monday and have to pay for these reports and I'm not going to do this unless I know this default has been removed. Can someone please contact me as soon as possible. And please don't advise me that this is Transunion's responsibility to have this report removed - you listed it and it expires tomorrow and therefore I expect this report to be removed by Monday, 2 December 2013. I was advised on numerous occasions it will fall away at the end of November 2013 and expect this to be the case. I urgently await to hear from you.
