Claim nr 2463897 - claim type - Storm
On 11 November we received a from to sign for CASH IN LIEU, to fix wall that was damage due to a storm. The form was filled in and returned to [Email Removed] and 'AIC PTA [Email Removed] on the following dates: 13 November 2013; 19 November and again 21 November it has also been faxed to 012 3499247 on all these dates.

We have phoned them on numerous occations, on the 21st I was waiting for 45 minutes and Suzan was still not available. When we phoned again today the person answering the phone said Suzan is not available, when we phoned later she was out of office. Messages have been left but she does not phone back.

The company who will be fixing the wall will come and fix the wall tomorrow 27 November and up to date no money has been paid into my account from ABSA and I already had to pay a 50% deposit fee (6200.00 on 13 November for the wall to be fixed.

The payment must be done tomorrow (27 November) on complition of the wall.
