I have applied on line for a Connection card credit facility with Incredible Connection. I have to send my required documents to them, but the e-mail returned becasue the e-mail address was incorrect. I have phoned the connection card line about 10 times- whereby i get sent from department to deprtment and nobody gcan give me the correct info- or they pick up the phone and just drop it or put me back to the selection list where i started from- eventually somebody gave me a number to phone- but the number does not exist... This is really frustrating!!!
