I bought a tv set in 2011 on account and I paid it off same year and I was told its got a 2 year warranty and I accepted the terms and condition, now my tv is broken and I took it in on the 12 Feb and was told it will take a week till today I haven't received my tv set and the lady by the name Malebo called me and I asked her questions and she started talking to me in an unmanned way and I asked her who's the manager and she told she's the manager and I can take this further and I won't do anything to he
