My credit card details were from the money market employee, card used for online purchases. ( illegal transactions). Nobody seems to take this seriously and I'm made out to be the one in the wrong! No cameras at till at time of incident... Not my problem! Dont have a slip... Didnt get one! Taking to long to report... I had to first wait for Standard bank to complete investigation! given them all my details, times, dates, card details AND Still waiting for feedback! I know for a fact that My allegations are correct as the cashiering manager at Checkers Hyper Boksburg (value centre mall) confirmed that 3 staff member were indeed fired for activities during the time this had happen to me! How can checkers let something like this happen and not give a about the customer! I have been dealing with Ayanda from customer service cape town but please get someone else to call me as I feel he has been unsympathetic and rude! I'm still waiting for the cashiering manager to get back to me... When will that be??? Disgusted at the service and how this matter has been dealt with! Customers should be wary when giving their credit cards over to staff at checkers money market
