I sent a money transfer to some1 that had to pass the voucher to a 3rd party. The 3rd party claims the money was already drawn. I asked Checkers to please forward me the drawers ID and full name as one needs and ID to receive the money so that i may put an end to this issue on my side. Checkers who has the info on hand want me to go and get affidavits from myself and the receiving party and send it to them along with the voucher details (which they have from the first email) to make an enquiry. I dont want the money back as its not even a large amount. I just want the info on who drew the money so that i can find out who is lying to me and put an end to the matter. It is after all my money that i sent and according to the manager at the store where i do this, that info is on their system and readily available at a click of a mouse. This has happened before a few months back and still waiting for Checkers to answer me on the previous issue. All i want is to know who is scamming my recipient of the money. Its not an unfair or complicated request. checkers wants me to go through the trouble to resolve a matter that they could have done in minutes.
