DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

I was at The Glen Game Sores this morning (28 Feb 2013) to buy some items that has been advertised on this week's catalogue. One of items I wanted to buy was the White Star 10 kg mealie meal which has been advertised with a price of R26.99. Upon reaching the store to buy the mealie meal they then told me that the price had changed and they wanted to sell it to me for R49.99. I then asked for the Store Manager and they said he's not available and only the Floor Manager (FM) could assist me. The Floor Manager was unable to assist and told me to call the Head Office (031 302 8991) in Durban which inturn could not assist because the phone kept on ringing and I could not get to speak to them. According to me the FM was rude beacuse he's the1 who should have called the to explan the matter but bcos they wanted to dismiss me they just gave me the no. Knowing that I would not get answer and give up.
Yes, I ended up leaving the store DISAPPOINTED with no Mealie Meal and other sale items. The store is so disappointing because most of the items advertised are not even available. How do you advertise stork which you don't have? Is that a way of drawing customers to your stores???
