In April 2013 I purchased an iPad Mini on account. When I was signing the documentation the assistant informed me that the unit was covered by insurance, I commented that that was a great idea as some people have an item and stop paying the finance for it and this way that could be avoided. I then said so I don't have to put it on my householders policy, I was informed NO. My daughter accidentally dropped the unit and broke the screen, when I went to the branch to claim I was told that the lady that dealt with me had left and there was nothing they could do about it!!! I have my 2 phones, my daughter and sons phones, my SLR Camera etc. on my policy, why would I not put my iPad on unless I had been told it was covered in the finance agreement!!! I am livid. While in the shop I asked to speak to the regional manager, he said he was busy but did not ask for my number to call me back, where do I go from here???
