I am very disappointed with the inefficiency and uncommunicative system through which Mr Price Home online is operating under. I have placed 3 orders in the past month, all of which were gifts for family members, and every order has given me problems. Even though when ordering the site says that there is stock available, on every occasion one or all of the items is placed on "hold". This fact is never communicated to me and I am left in the dark unless I go check my account or the person receiving the gifts is left with half the order. Nowhere does it say when or if these items will ever get ordered or delivered. Now I have to pay additional delivery costs to ensure that all the gifts I promise make it to my family. This is not the way to run an online shop. This system has to change or I will not be using this platform again. It is a waste of time and money.
